I think Groce would be just as overmatched in the Valley as he was in the B1G. I would think that ISU should have better options than that.
That would make Underwood's statement about playing ISU waaay more interesting though.
This is surprising. Dayton has a stable of really good candidates available and though Muller is a rising commodity, it seems to me that the several other candidates available to Dayton would be preferable. From Muller's standpoint, I am not sure that it makes sense either. I get that Dayton would be a minor step up but leaving your alma mater for a minor step up? IDK- leaving for a Power 5 might be a different thing but I'd be really shocked to see that move.
I can not imagine that being the case. It would be interesting to see if Rob Judson got in the mix there.
If muller leaves, would have to imagine Dana Ford is a lock for ISU.
But according to some here on Loyalty, he was the top pick to replace Groce.

Funny what is and what isn't "legal" in the NCAA. Wonder how much LaVar Ball would cost.
The only reason Grant went to OKC was because of his past relationship with Donavan. He was an assistant at Florida for around 10 years. I don't see Groce being offered that opportunity.
