Let's say it is McDermott...can the kids that committed to him at Creighton ask to be released, if they are already on campus? Just wondering as I am assuming most of his 2017 recruits may already be there.

really surprised that the OSU AD would let Matta go this late in the game without having a home run hire already lined up.

I fondly remember heckling McDermott from the baseline at Drake when he still coached for ISU. He had a penchant for changing color in his face rapidly.

Just throwing this out there - is it possible OSU's best move might be to let one of Matta's assistants take over for one year so they can be a major player in next season's carousel?
