19 New Enhancements Highlight the 2023 Fighting Illini Football Fan Experience

Some very nice enhancements. I do wonder, though, are nursing babies a thing at football games?

I've seen it once or twice. And having the amenity there certainly encourages attendence by those who might otherwise pass on it--I know we skipped a warm-ish weather game or 2 when my son was an infant for precisely this reason.

The disrespect for Bielema is outrageous. Being a tier below Lance Leipold, Matt Rhule, Tom Herman, PJ Fleck, Matt Campbell, etc. is just insanity.

Luckily, I think Coach thrives when he has a chip on his shoulder. Can't wait for him to prove them wrong this year.
yea, they all think he's still the 38 year old bare chested guy walking thru the airport

The competency of this staff is astounding.
It's a beautiful thing to see.
Bret and his staff just get it. Very cool and heartening to see. After the lackluster efforts of Lovie and most of his staff in recruiting Illinois high schools, this tweet reinforces the fact that Illinois is doing a good job of keeping in touch with the instate coaches while promoting the program and its brand. Kudos.

it's Whitman and Pat Ryan too. A concerted in-state effort is flippin' manna after all the years of flailing.

Timing is perfect with the emergence of the P2, NIL and pretty good results traction.

The Congressional Historic Stadium Caucus launched Friday with the intent of preserving and modernizing historic college football stadiums across the country.
...
Specifically, the caucus wants to target security enhancements, technological upgrades and create infrastructure upgrades for the stadiums, some of which are more than 120 years old.
...
Memorial Stadium (Illinois)
Not sure what this will result in, but pretty awesome nonetheless!

Quite literally, the first thing I showed my wife was the nursing pods enhancement. Infants eat every 2-4 hours and even if bottle feeding an infant at the game, nursing mother's may still need to pump. This is actually the only reason why we might make the trip down for 1-2 games this year. A very good add, IMO, especially for father's who want to convince wife to attend games with an infant.
