Juice is listed in ESPN as 5’ 10” and 185, is that too small for NFL.? He is smart and a real gamer.

Did Juice have any issues when he was switched to WR from QB? One of the best decisions in recent memory.

Maybe that's why you're the top 10 passing defense in the nation?

Kidding. But seriously, two of our wins have come from final drives where we had to make a 4th down conversion.
It took until today that my bragging about Illinois being an actual competent team has caught on. Toledo would have a similar record to the Illini if they were in the B1G West. That's usually the case for a fringe top 25 G5 squad.

An average O line will look a lot better when you have an experienced QB thats able to go through his progressions quickly, anticipating where his WR’s are going to be,have a quick release with accuracy.John was able to complete some tight passes …..so if people are calling Indiana’s defense bad because our receivers were open,so was our defense too but as far as I can recall Indiana’s QB didn’t go over 500 passing yards .Am just saying sometimes you have to give credit where it’s due.

Watching all these something that really stands out is the lack of horizontal play calls. Was that specific to Indiana because of their defense or because of the QB? Please keep Lunney away from these plays in the future because he over calls them all the time.

It's not always about arm strength.

There is having strength below the neck line... and having strength above the neck line.

If you have strength below the neck line but not above... you'll win some games but nothing big.

And if you have strength above the neck line... you'll FIND a way to win - one way or another. And maybe something big, too.

And if you have strength both above and below the neck line... then you can be an Illini QB of the Future.

you guys have a good team, and would play competitively with most teams in the B1G
your coach may leave for greener pastures this off season - there might be a few spots opened in the B12 that may give him real thought.
