I believe this is what Louisville's motto used to be.

The cool thing about this for me imo, is that this was supposed to originally happen sometime during the season. At least, that was the target. But since Ayo's commitment the staff has been trying to put a rush on it! Looks like the staff may be trying to capitalize on the old "Mo" if you ask me, and I like it!
Wish we could have gotten a Nick and Deon reunion this weekend. That would have been very cool.Oh there's THT news floating around out there believe me, it just hasnt reached this board yet! Lol im not trying to be "cryptic" either.
I will say this, the # of Simeon students at the UofI is strong. There was alot of action on campus last night, and THT was having a blast from what I've heard!
If THT can't see the YUUUGE benefit of having talent like Ayo, Smith, Frazier, DWill, and Lucas dishing the rock to him in a offense like BU's, he kray.
Illini staff trying to get BPJ on campus within the next two weeks per Ryan Evan on Twitter.

Nice comparison.... for some reason I see some Nick Anderson in him; not sure why (maybe seeing him in a #25 jersey has me projecting)
He reminds me of Dennis Douglas of Quincy.
Dennis????......or do you mean Bruce?????
Great story. The problem is that Michigan had already hired Bo 2 years prior
He reminds me of Dennis Douglas of Quincy.
Dennis is Bruce's brother. They played together in high school. He was a good player who did resemble THT in stature.

To play devil's advocate...it depends what his goals are. If he wants to play in the NBA he might be interested in going to a school where he can be a lead guard ALA Jordan Goodwin. He's not an elite scorer and he makes his biggest mark being a playmaker who can do a little of everything. He's kind of a Draymond Green mold, and there are already a lot of playmakers on this team.
This is the first time in a long time where we actually have a playing time problem. Unless you believed TA was scaring off Evans and Brunson.
When Ayo leaves for the NBA after his sophomore year, Miller will be a nice replacement :thumb:
I feel like the recent responses lead me to several conclusions. The first is that news hasn't reached this board but must be available on one or more premium services, i.e. there's news but it's radio silence for those of us on the free boards exclusively.
Second, based on several responses, clearly we are not getting THT based on said info and we should therefore joke about re-visiting Nolley.
Third, based on responses, clearly we are getting THT.

This man is not effusive in his praise. He seems like a very laid back guy that doesn't ever get overly excited.Kedric Prince @KedPrince4 35m35 minutes ago
#Illini brief statement from wing Talen Horton-Tucker on his visit to Illinois this weekend: I liked it a lot, it was just what I expected.

A calm demeanor is valuable on the court.

The completely worthless rumblings seems to be that we are on good shape.Assuming we were his last visit, per THT's own words, wonder when he's going to make a decision?
My guess is still Iowa State. Hope I'm wrong.....
