While I appreciate the sentiment, i doubt those players have abandoned anyone. I would guess most have been encouraged by their families to follow a path that will let them develop a skill that will likely get them a free college education (if they are good enough to be recruited to an academy), and for some, provide additional opportunities after college.
We have and will continue to have those players on our team. Hopefully we can appreciate that our loss in one area might be offset by gains somewhere else.
Sierra Canyon is a legit private prep school with quality academics, not a fly by night basketball academy.

I am very happy for a visit period. Everytime I see "last visit", my response is that I am still waiting for Sherron Collins to visit after Late Night In the Phog! Like you said, dazzle him, knock his socks off, have an NIL plan, have him sign some autographs, get a chant going, Ayo could help if he is there, then go from there.
show me the cancelled check!

Rodgers, Goode (for the most part), and RJ are not guards. Curbelo is probably not going to be here when Boswell gets here for his freshmen year. This leaves Harris, Podz, and Epps of which two are primarily SGs, not PGs.
Exactly. While BU indulges anyone who wants to be listed as a Guard, we really don't have that many. For true guards with handles, quickness, and outside shot, for next year, we have just Belo, Podz, Epps, and Harris (if everyone comes back). The following year hopefully we add Boswell or Ames and Belo may be gone.

Rodgers handle* and passing is so good that you kind of have to list him as a G/F. While he'll probably rarely be the primary ball handler (PG duty), having a bigger guy with his skill set could be a game over deal offensively. But to your point, our backcourt isn't really overcrowded.

* - great for a guy his size, not comparing him the elite handle PGs
