I’d be super excited if we got Domask to be our 6th man. Looks like he has good awareness and vision to go with scoring ability. I’ll take that any day over some hotshot athletic freak who makes terrible decisions

Just curious how long it took them to figure out maybe they should just lose the stick and do away with the bottom of the peach basket?
Ah, that fateful day when Darryl Dawkins’ great-grandfather, Ebenezer Dawkins, lumbered into the gymnasium and dashed a thunderous dunk through the bottom of the ligneous basket, splintered the spindly stick over his thigh, and spake those famous words, “See youse in the Show, college boys!”

It’s a different game in France. One guy shoots and the rest retreat.
1.) Sounds really boring and ill-advised IMO

2.) Yet, he was able to follow it and score.

3.)What do they know? They eat 🐌 snails?

4.) Edit: Just realized you made a funny there…the French always retreat…can’t win wars by themselves…lol

I’ll have to go with #4 as the correct answer on this one.

Now I’ll take “Long winded arguments about whether shots should be followed up” for $200 Alex.

If Domask is coming off the bench, we are going to be really good next year
I agree. The only reason I felt the need to chime in was due to the hype surrounding his name in the forum when it was mentioned he was visiting. I just had to pump the brakes on him a bit. Haha I’ll take him no doubt. But if he’s sought after to be a key guy, this team may be in a tad bit of trouble

From SIU player page for Domask: https://siusalukis.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/marcus-domask/6052

2021-22 (JUNIOR)

Started all 31 games ... Led the team in scoring (15.1), rebounding (5.2) and assists (3.9) — only the third player in school history to do so, joining Darren Brooks and Desmar Jackson ... Named 2nd-Team All-MVC ... Named the State Farm MVC Scholar-Athlete of the Year ... Scored 20+ points eight times, including a streak of four-straight games (Dec. 28-Jan. 15) ... Had a season-high 25 points vs. Bradley ... Had a streak of 133-consecutive minutes played without committing a turnover, from Jan. 25 to Feb. 5 ... Made 32-straight FTs during a nine-game stretch (11/22-12/28) — the second-longest streak in SIU history ... Converted .352 from 3-point and .824 from the free throw line ... Hit the game-winning basket with one second remaining at Evansville ... Surpassed 1,000 career points during the win at Indiana State.

From the bolded portions above, I can see why BU would have interest…

Are we in good shape with this guy? I'm also wondering if we might take another freshman ('23) on board. Anybody know?
