IGN gave Shadow of Mordor a 9.1. I'll be picking that one up Tuesday.
How this for realistic (at least until he drives away)?

I am finding Destiny to be fun (I normally play co-op with a few other guys), but quite a grind to get the legendary/exotic loot. and it also seems to be "Crucible centric", meaning that if you don't play MP, then it will take much longer to get that good loot.
would be nice to get one legendary item, as all I have right now are blues.
I've got my legendary armor from the Queen's Wrath missions and from leveling up reputation with Dead Orbit. Then I bought the exotic Sunbreaker gauntlets from Xur.
My favorite item so far is the Ice Breaker sniper rifle that I also bought from Xur. It is a beast and has ammo regeneration, so I never have to worry about finding special ammo.
what did you need to buy that item? I need to get to Vanguard level 2 (about 80% there) to be able to purchase the legendary stuff. But then I also need to get the right vanguard marks as well. Bottom line, I don't play it enough.
I'm excited to try out the new Playshare feature on the ps4.
How is that different from co-op play?
Well, let's say that I want to play NBA 2k15 with my friend, but they don't have the game. I can start up the game, and invite them to play share. Then they can play with me on their PS4 without the CD, and far away from you, and this works for every game they have, and every future game. Same idea applies to Call of Duty, etc. It lasts for 60 minutes, and then you have to quit out and you can start again. The other side of it, is if let's say I'm at a particularly difficult part of Assassin's Creed or something, and my buddy who lives in Ohio wants to give it a whirl, I can playshare invite him and choose pass the control, and he can give it a try for 60 minutes, or when you choose to take back the controller. He doesn't have to have the game, or have ever played it to try.
Interesting. So I can play COD Co-op with a buddy for an hour (or any other 2 player game), all our progress is saved, and we can pick up where we left off the next day? And I'm guessing both have to have the PS4, no PS3/4 connections? Or is that strictly a PSN thing?
It's a strictly PS4 thing. For the multiplayer, only the host has to have PSN, for the hand over the controller, both have to have PSN. I'm not sure on the saved progress thing. I do know that the person who doesn't own the game has a lower graphics quality for streaming purposes.
I would assume it's split screen. In the vidoes I've watched of other games, it's basically the same as if someone was playing with you right next to you, they are just miles away.
I mean, you're basically test playing a new game for free. Or for games like NBA 2k15 where there is no split screen, it's awesome. I played with my buddy from Chicago last night for 2 hours, had no problems. We both use wi-fi. It was fun.
