They spent a ton of money on Kenny Golladay and it really hasn't worked out.
Still, I am not a Daniel Jones believer and I think the weapons there would look different with a real QB. Not least of which because Saquon is such a stud in the pass game. You could get up to all kinds of hijinks with him and WanDale Robinson.
I don't think Daboll has bought into Daniel Jones either and is wanting to get the QB he can develop next April.

I know it's all about the money but I don't understand why they can't work it out so the teams playing on Thursday night are coming off a bye week. You could still have 6-8 Thursday games, couldn't you? Most of these games suck anyway and how can you be concerned about player safety asking them to play games four days apart.

His resurgence has been this season's most positive development. It's a very different looking defense with a Pro Bowl ballhawk back there.
Having another safety likes Brisker helps too. Jackson is able to play a lot more freely than he did the past couple years.
