At that point, he would have already fulfilled his four-year commitment and earned a degree, and at some point you start to really hurt pro prospects by staying around any longer. I do think he has a chance to play his way into a draftable territory, possibly even first round, even with a Senior year. The main thing that he really needs to work on is Defense. Right now, he's a good low post defender and banger, but that is a dying set in the NBA. If he can become more passable as a guy who can switch in pick and roll defense (he'll never be elite just due to attributes like foot speed, but he can improve and do it on an NBA level I think) and relatedly and more importantly, become a rim protector, improving timing and instincts when he slides over and goes to contest shots in the paint. I think that's a pretty glaring weak spot (not to say he's "bad", he's good at the college level, just not good enough for NBA standards). For our sake, if he could be more Chet Holmgren and control the placement on his blocks to lead to change of possession rather than swatting them into the fourth row, that would be nice as well. On offense, I don't think the outside shot is going to happen, but he can continue to improve as a passer out of double teams, that would improve his chances a lot as well.
