Romar has a ton of talent and he has had almost no notable success. Would not want. Unless I'm missing something? Just look at what he's done with all his talent the last 5-10 years at Washington... some of those years the PAC-12 wasn't good.

While Martin's results don't blow your doors off, he has been consistently successful everywhere he's been as a HC. If a grand slam hire weren't out there I wouldn't be disappointed in him. He would definitely be an upgrade with him or Kruger.

They lost a ton from last year's team, and this year's team was minus their best player (would've been an all-American without injury) till their last 2-3 games.

I've probably seen just about half of the pages in this thread so I have a question... he's in his first year tab Vandy and I don't see him leaving, but I love what's Bryce Drew did at Valpo. Has his name been mentioned already? Probably a big buyout if he's in his first year.

After that collapse I highly doubt Rutgers survives overtime.
