recipe?
I just use my own chunky marinara and some really good sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella and grate just a little pepper Jack. I braise the Brats in beer (3 parts bud light to one part Yuengling) to get the grease out. I pull them out, let them cool and slice them crossways into circles. Place them on each layer of noodles bake and enjoy. Good fresh Mushrooms go on one half (son doesn't like shrooms). Red onions go good in there too!
